Our SQLSoft+ team works with the Microsoft Partner Solutions Center (MPSC) team to schedule, maintain, and manage events for the 3 advanced technology event/training rooms here at the MPSC. These high tech training and event rooms can be configured in a variety of ways to meet the needs of customers, partners, and internal Microsoft teams. The largest room can seat 42 students at X-64 bit computers; the other 2 rooms each seat 30 students with X-64 and 32 bit computers.

These rooms are also equipped with high resolution projectors, drop down screens, plenty of white board space and are the only training rooms on campus with external internet capabilities. With this flexibility, SQLSoft+ can run several programs in parallel to meet different customer and partner needs, or it can combine rooms to create different working environments.)

Room Configuration

All rooms are equipped with speaker podiums, plenty of white board space, overhead projectors, large retractable screens, wireless microphones, MS Corpnet and external Internet access. We can fulfill just about any request for possible room configurations. Here are a few ideas:

Event Registration System

SQLSoft has a state-of-the-art registration system that allows us to be a one stop shop for your registration needs. We can do everything from creating a Web site for people to enroll to sending out confirmations to all the attendees. Here is just a bit of what we can do for you:

• Create a dedicated Web site for your event.
• Send out the invitation on your behalf.
• Collect the necessary registration data.
• Enter the registration data into our Customer Relationship Management tool.
• Confirm the registration with the attendee.
• Send out final confirmation/reminder to attendee.
• Track attendance and provide final attendee list.
• Send thank you letter after event is complete.
